When reporting a problem, it helps to include your device model, iOS version, and a short description of what you expected versus what happened. Never include passwords or other sensitive information.

Common questions

  • Where is my health data stored? On your device. With your permission, ZivoLog reads from Apple Health and keeps your data on-device. If you turn on iCloud Sync, it uses only your own private iCloud database — we never receive your health data. See the Privacy Policy.
  • How do I use the app without an account? Tap Continue as Guest on the Welcome screen to use the full app without signing in.
  • How do I export or delete my data? Open More → Settings to export your data (CSV or PDF), or use Delete All Data to remove everything from the device.
  • How do I manage my subscription? Subscriptions are managed through your Apple account: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone. A 1-week free trial is available for new subscribers; cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
  • What is the Coach? An optional premium feature that turns your trends into a weekly summary, health correlations, and adaptive step-goal suggestions — all generated privately on your device.
